The Gordon Riots in Bath - Talk

with Simon Johnson and Steve Poole

Join us for the morning learning about the Gordon Riots in Bath. Hear from Prof Steve Poole on ‘An Agreeable Asylum of Peaceful Retreat' and Dr Simon Johnson on ‘The Gordon Riots: Pubbing and Clubbing in Georgian Bath. A Catholic Perspective’.
Following both talks, there will be time for a discussion with the speakers.
We will also be holding an event in the afternoon, following the main routes of the rioting around Bath. You can book just the talk for £6, or the walk and the talk together for £10.
