“Absolutely Superb” BBC Radio 2 Paul Jones. “A Blues Master” New Jersey Times. Eddie Martin’s performances with Big Band or one-man-band have been acclaimed from Festival stages round Europe to Jook Joints in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Tonight his solo show brings the history of his beloved blues music alive with anecdotes, guitar and harmonica wizardry, and songs from the Delta to the British Blues Boom and back to Chicago.

Phoenix River Band’s music is original with an undoubted salute to country influences plus hints of R&B and Blues. Think Allman Brothers meet Chris Rea meets Jackson Browne with a touch of Fleetwood Mac and you have a potent mix of original songs with driving beats and soulful melodies. Prairie Dog are a Southwest-based country roots duo playing mostly original songs with a bluegrass-tinged style and vocal harmonies that are rootsy, humorous, edgy and sometimes sensitive.
